Registration is a simple process. Just click on the ‘Sign-Up’ link at the top of the homepage. You will get an easy-to-fill form. Just give a username (called the display name), 2-email Ids for us to communicate with you, and a password for your account and click ‘Register’. That’s it!

2. How do I pay?

There are multiple options on CoralHub.com. You could pay by either of them. There is a facility to pay by debit card (Visa), credit card (Mastercard & Visa), and also, netbanking. Your privacy and security is maintained at all times. All payments are processed by a secure payment gateway using state-of-the-art encryption technologies to prevent mischief. What’s more, none of your card/netbanking/password details are stored anywhere in the process. So, nobody can refer to it for misuse in the future.

3. Who Sells Books on Coralhub.com?

CoralHub is a market place for books where anybody can register and sell book(s). CoralHub is also a seller in the same marketplace. To know who is the seller for a particular book just look at the name mentioned against “Seller” on the book details page.

4. Who takes responsibility for delivering the book(s)?

Coralhub.com takes responsibility for delivering the books sold on the website.
This will always be the case even for other Sellers. When a buyer purchases a book on Coralhub.com , delivery of the book to Buyer will be undertaken by Coralhub.com
You are not left alone at any point of time. If you find any issues with your book, you can raise a complaint for the book by logging into your My Account.

5. Who decides the shipping costs?

The shipping cost and time taken for delivery is decided by Coralhub.com.

6. How do I track orders and check the status?

Once you register on CoralHub, the “My Account” link becomes your Command center. All activity &messages can be tracked from this one point. For tracking your orders you just need to go to “My Account” and check my orders section. Here you will find all your orders arranged in a desceding order according to the date. You can view the status of any order in the status column of the along-side the entry.

7. How do I raise a query or complaint about the seller or the order?

Go the command center – “My Account” click on My Orders, view the list of all orders and click on complain button next to the relevant order. Mention the nature of the problem in the subject box. Describe the problem in detail in the body of the email and click “Send” the email will go to the seller. Coralhub.com will respond within 48 working hours time.
Rest assured, Coralhub will protect the rights of everyone involved.

8. How do I return a book on Coralhub.com?

Coralhub.com's quality control team ensures that all books ordered on Coralhub.com are sent to customer as described on the website.

9. Can I return books that are used/ Old?

Coralhub.com is a marketplace for books where Sellers can sell Old as well as New books. Incase of Old books, Sellers will mention it as a Used book on the book detail page alongwith Description of the condition of the book.
Coralhub.com's Quality control team thoroughly checks every book to ensure the condition of the book is as described on the Book's page. Therefore if a Buyer purchases a Used book on Coralhub.com , he / she cannot return such a book once recieved.
If a Buyer purchases a New book on coralhub.com , he can return a such a book, if recieved in a bad condition.

For Sellers :

1. How do I register on Coralhub?

Registering as a seller and a buyer is the same. Just click on the ‘Sign-Up’ link at the top of the homepage. You will get an easy-to-fill form. Just give a username (called the display name), 2-email Ids for us to communicate with you, and a password for your account and click ‘Register’. That’s it!

2. How do I add a book for sale?

Ready to put your Ready to put your first book for sale? Great! Here we go...Click the ‘Sell books’ button. You will be taken to a page where you will have to put in some details; like the title, the author, etc. Remember, the more details you enter, the better the chance of getting a sale. Apart from these details, you’ll be asked to give the payment detail; like the name of your bank, the name of the account holder, Account number, etc. Add these payment details. Payment details are required by Coral Hub in order to make cheque payments to Seller. Click ‘Add Book’ and your book will be added to Coralhub.com within 3 working days.

3. Why will it take 3 days for my book to be added?

Coralhub.com goes through all details of the Books added to ensure there is no violation of any of our policies with regards to listing of offensive/ banned books. Once we go through your book, we will send you an email with the approval link so that you can see your book listed on Coralhub.com

4. What are the costs for adding a book?

Adding Books is free of cost in Coralhub.com. It costs nothing. We don’t want you spending money even before getting something in return. We want you to earn first, and only then, spend. Coralhub only charges a commission of 12% on your Selling Price after every succesful sale.

5. Why should I register payment details with Coral Hub? Is it safe?

To prevent frauds and safe-guard everybody’s interest, CoralHub deposits cheques directly into the seller’s accounts on the 15th and 30th of every month. . So, there are excuses like, ‘Your cheque is in the mail!’ or ‘we have couriered it, maybe it’s lost in transit’. You are sure that you will get paid on the due date-everytime. Payment details need to be registered in order for Coralhub to make cheque payments based on Seller's earnings on the website.

6. How do I View/Change my Bank Details?

At CoralHub, you are in control at all times. You can change the bank details as many times as you want. Bank details can be viewed and changed by following these steps: Go to ‘My Account’. Go to ‘Bank Details’. You will be asked to enter a password to authenticate you as the authorised user. Enter the password to view the bank details page. Next, change the bank details on the page and click ‘Update’ button. That’s it!

7. Who packs and sends the Book?

After the Sale is concluded; all books must be packed and dispatched by the Seller to Coralhub's premises. Coralhub.com will then check the book to ensure it matches the details and quality described as entered by the Seller and will dispatch the book to the customer.

8. Who decides the shipping costs and time taken for the delivery?

Seller only sets the Shipping cost and Time taken to deliver to Coralhub's premises. Seller will not deliver the books directly to Buyer. The shipping costs and the time taken for delivery by the Seller to Coralhub's premises are decided by the seller.

9. Who decides the shipping costs and time taken for the delivery to Buyer?

The shipping cost and time taken to deliver to Buyer is decided by Coralhub.com and displayed on the book details page.

10. How do I communicate with the buyer?

Sellers can only communicate with Coralhub.com . All communication with buyer will be handled by Coralhub.com

11. Can Books I send to Coralhub.com's premises be returned?

If Coralhub.com's Quality control team finds the condition of the book does not match condition described by Seller, the book will be returned to the Seller and purchase price will be refunded back to the Buyer.

1. How do I purchase Ebooks?

Please follow the following steps to purchase Ebooks:

Select the Ebook you are interested in, Click the “Buy for PC”
Enter Billing Details
You will be transferred to the Secure Bank Payment Gateway
After making payment, you will be transferred back to Coralhub.com
Here you will receive the link for the coralhub PC suite. This is a free software available for download when you purchase your first ebook from Coralhub
Install the Software on your PC.
Login to the coralhub PC suite with your Coralhub Username and Password
The link for the Ebook you have downloaded will be automatically delivered to the coralhub PC suite.
You can download the Ebook on the coralhub PC suite and read the ebooks from this software
All Ebooks available on Coralhub.com can only be read on the coralhub PC suite

2. What is the “coralhub PC suite”?

The coralhub PC suite is software developed by Coralhub.com for all its customers Free of cost. This software would be available for download when a customer purchases his/her first ebook from Coralhub.com. The Link for the Ebook will be delivered directly to the coralhub PC suite from where the customer can download the ebook.

All ebooks purchased on Coralhub.com are only readable on the coralhub PC suite.

3. What formats are all Ebooks available in?

All ebooks available on Coralhub.com are in a PDF format only readable on the coralhub PC suite.

4. Can I view the Ebooks with Adobe reader?

The PDFs are only readable on the coralhub PC suite because all Pdfs purchased through Coralhub are encrypted and secured by Coralhub. This ensures that the Pdfs can only be read on the PC for which it is purchased. It cannot be read on multiple PCs.

5. Are the ebooks only readable on the PC?

Currently, all Ebooks purchased on Coralhub are only readable on the PC. We will soon be launching the Atom Ebook device on which these ebooks would be readable.

6. I purchased the Ebook, but I did not receive the ebook PDF by email or on the website?

Once you purchase the ebook from Coralhub.com, the link for downloading the Ebook PDF is not sent by email. It is available on the coralhub PC suite for download. When you login to the coralhub PC suite , you will be able to download the Pdf and read it on the coralhub PC suite.

7. Can I read the Ebook on Multiple PCs?

The ebooks purchased from Coralhub.com are only readable on 1 PC. It cannot be read on Multiple PCs.

8. My PC crashed and I lost my Ebooks and the coralhub PC suite?

Atom PC Software:

If your PC has crashed, we request you to login to Coralhub.com and download the coralhub PC suite once again. The coralhub PC suite will be available from your My Account section of Coralhub.com. The coralhub PC suite can be downloaded multiple times but would cost Rs 30 per download .

Only the first download of the coralhub PC suite is free.

Ebooks:

If your PC has crashed, we request you to login to Coralhub.com. All ebooks you have purchased till date will be available from your My Account section of Coralhub.com .

The Ebooks can once again be purchased by you from there.

9. I am a Publisher / Author , How can I offer my Ebooks through Coralhub.com?
