Returns and Cancellation:
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation , request for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is in process , cancellations will not be considered.
Order Status can be viewed from the Buyer Center within the My Account Section of Coral Hub.com

Click Complain Button next to relevant Order you wish to Return

Write Subject as Return

Write the Reason for Return as this would be informative for Coral Hub.com

Click Send
Steps to Check Reply from Coral Hub.com:

Go to Communication Center

Under complaint section , click the relevant Order

All replies regarding this particular Order can be viewed and made from the Communication Center

Returns and Replacement:
A. Before Return:
Please communicate the Return to Coral Hub.com through the Buyer Center in your My Account Page.
Please quote your Reason/ description of reason for return in the body of the email.
B. Refunding Shipping Cost:
Coral Hub.com will specify the Amount upto which it is ready to refund to the Buyer in the Book detail page of the Relevant book.
C. Returns:
Incase the item shipped to you was *Damaged or *Incorrect , please send the item in its original packaging to Coral Hub.com to receive a refund.
* Incorrect items are those which are different from the item Ordered/ Displayed on Coral Hub.
* Incase of Used books which would be specified on the Book page, Returns will not be accepted if found Damaged or in Used condition by the Buyer.
D. Return period:
Items that are incorrect should be returned to Coral Hub.com within 7 days from receipt of item.
E. Wrong Address:
Please ensure the Delivery address entered is accurate and Complete.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of wrong name or address any extra cost incurred by Coralhgub.com for redelivery shall be claimed from the Buyer placing the order. The purchase price will be refunded to the buyer incase of Non delivery less the redelivery cost incurred by Coral Hub.com
